BECAUSE THE PURPOSE OF BAIL IS REVENUE GENERATION Or not. Somehow I have no doubt the victims of violent crimes could care less how much money the state of Connecticut loses because the alleged perpetrator of the crime against them can't get out and hurt them again. Dolts.
