The other project occupying my hours has been spinning together data for Maury Brown's Biz of Baseball. Maury had me look at the last three years of Astro's pitcher Wandy Rodriguez to see how his very good 2009 season compared with his 2008 and 2007 campaigns. He enjoyed a remarkable stretch between the start of July and mid-August, which accounted for much of the difference between 2009 and the preceding pair of years.
